Non-Refundable Tickets
Many discounted and promotional fares are non-refundable. In some cases the value of a non-refundable ticket may be retained as an airline credit, subject to that airline's conditions and expiry rules.
Penalties and Fare Differences
- Airline cancellation or change penalties may be deducted from any refundable amount.
- Fare differences may apply when a booking is rebooked for new dates or routes.
- Agency service fees, where applicable, are disclosed before a request is processed.

Processing Timelines
Processing times vary by airline, payment method and ticket type. Once an airline approves a refund, the funds are returned through the original payment method according to that provider's timelines.
