Fares, schedules, taxes and availability are controlled by the operating airline and can change until a ticket is issued. Any price discussed prior to ticketing is an estimate and is subject to change or withdrawal.

4. Customer Responsibility

• Provide accurate passenger names exactly as they appear on travel documents.
• Verify dates, routes, times and cabin details before authorizing a booking.
• Ensure passports, visas, transit permits and health requirements are met.
• Arrive at the airport within the timelines published by the airline.

5. Third-Party Airline Policies

All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and fare rules of the operating airline and any other third-party supplier. Those policies govern baggage, seating, boarding, schedule changes, delays and cancellations.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change requests are processed according to the applicable airline fare rules. Airline penalties, fare differences and agency service fees may apply. Some tickets do not permit changes or cancellations at all.

7. Payments

Payments are collected only for services that have been discussed and agreed with the customer. Charges may appear from the agency or from the supplier depending on how the booking is issued. Customers should retain all confirmations and receipts.

8. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, lost baggage, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from travel arranged through supplier services.
